For consumers, within 14 days of signing up.

If you signed up for Contengi as a consumer, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving a reason ([clause 14.3 of our terms](https://contengi.com/terms#section-14)). Fill in your details below, check them, and confirm. You get a confirmation by email with the date and time we received your withdrawal.

Prefer email? That works too. Send a short message saying you withdraw to [stefan@contengi.com](mailto:stefan@contengi.com) from your account email, and we confirm by reply.

Signed up for a business, or past the 14 days? You can cancel at any time by emailing [stefan@contengi.com](mailto:stefan@contengi.com). Your subscription then ends at the end of the period you paid for.
