About Contengi

Contengi is a brand content platform operated by Energy and Matter, registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 90743296, with offices at Malmedystreet 17, 4826 NG Breda, the Netherlands.

By creating an account and using Contengi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Contengi provides AI-powered content creation tools including an SEO blog writer, social post generator, PR writer, transcript studio, and brand knowledge base management. The AI features run via your own Anthropic API key - you are responsible for your Anthropic account and any costs incurred there.

Voice recording features use your Deepgram API key to transcribe audio - you are responsible for your Deepgram account and any costs incurred there.

We do not guarantee that content generated by AI is accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing it.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share access to your account with others outside your team, or use Contengi to provide services to clients under a different brand without a separate agreement with us.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Contengi - your brand data, knowledge base material, and generated content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights, violate applicable law, or constitute misleading or harmful material.

Google integrations

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, you authorise Contengi to access data from those services on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your settings or directly from your Google account. Your Google data is used only to display information within Contengi - it is not shared with third parties.

Acceptable use

You may not use Contengi to:

• -Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or designed to deceive
• -Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• -Circumvent any security or access control measures
• -Use the service in a way that violates Anthropic's usage policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Contengi available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

Limitation of liability

Contengi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Energy and Matter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Breda, the Netherlands.
