Included free during beta

Here's what actually happens after you sign up.

You get the strategist hours that make the platform work: a content strategy built for your business, a knowledge base curated to match it, and hands-on training for your team. All run directly by Stefan, not a support queue.

Why this is bundled, not sold

The setup is the product.

The agents are only as sharp as the strategy and the knowledge base sitting behind them. That is the part that turns a tool wired up to Claude into a content operation that actually sounds like your business.

Most AI platforms skip that work and hope the output holds up anyway. It rarely does. We built the setup into the beta instead of selling it back to you as an add-on.

What's included

Three pieces of work, done before you publish a thing.

Content strategy

A clear point of view, a defined audience and a content engine that knows what to write and why. We work through your positioning, your buyer awareness funnel, competitor angles and channel mix together. What comes out the other end is a playbook the platform runs from.

Knowledge base setup

Tone of voice, brand strategy, audience profiles, approved sources and the rules every agent has to follow. Built around your business, not lifted from a template. It's the work that takes most content teams weeks. We do it in days.

Hands-on training

Your team learns the system from the person who built it. We work through your actual workflows: what you publish, where it goes, who signs off. By the end, nobody's just using a tool. They're running a content operation.

How it runs

Working sessions, not a slide deck.

Step 1

Discovery

A working call to map your business, audience, current content and goals. No form to fill in beforehand. We talk, I take notes, we move.

Step 2

Strategy and knowledge base build

I build your knowledge base directly inside Contengi - brand strategy, tone of voice, audience profiles, rules, approved sources. You watch it take shape and we refine it together. It's ready before your team logs in.

Step 3

Team training

A live session with your team running the platform against your real workflows. No pre-recorded videos, questions answered on the call.

Step 4

Ongoing support

Direct access to Stefan for the length of the beta. Something looks off, you ask, and I fix it or get on a call.

What you walk away with

A content operation, not a subscription.

A documented content strategy specific to your business
A populated knowledge base running across every agent
A team trained on the platform and the workflows
A publishing cadence that holds without you babysitting it
Direct support from the person who built the system

FAQ

Questions about the setup

Is the setup really free?

Yes, for the length of the beta. The platform is $50 a month - the strategy work, the knowledge base build and the training that make it worth using are included, not billed separately.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most of it happens in the discovery call and the days after. Your knowledge base is ready before your team logs in for training.

What happens after the beta?

We'll talk about it before anything changes for you. Nothing moves to a paid setup fee without a conversation first.

Can my whole team join the training?

Yes. Bring whoever touches content, not just the person managing the account.

All of this, free while we're in beta.

$50 a month gets you the platform. The setup that makes it worth using comes with it.
